Terms & Conditions

These Terms are the agreement between you and ReviewMe. They exist to keep the platform fair and safe for everyone — reviewers who earn, and businesses who pay for honest feedback. By creating an account or using ReviewMe, you agree to these Terms.

We've written them in plain language on purpose. You deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to give accurate information about yourself and your business, and to keep it up to date.

One person, one account. Multiple or fake accounts undermine the trust that makes rewards possible, so they are not allowed.

You earn rewards by submitting genuine, first-hand reviews after a verified visit to a business. Verification uses your location and a signed QR code at the venue.

Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet the moment a review passes verification. Because that value is real and immediate, reviews must be honest and your own. Fake, paid-elsewhere, copied, or AI-generated reviews break the system and will be rejected, and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the wallet balance gained through abuse.

You fund campaigns by topping up your campaign wallet. Each verified review pays the reviewer from your wallet at the reward you set, plus the platform fee shown to you before you confirm.

You are buying authentic, verified feedback and the ability to collect it — not specific ratings or guaranteed positive reviews. Attempting to reward only positive reviews, or to penalise honest negative ones, violates these Terms and consumer-protection law.

All amounts are held in your in-app wallet in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes (including 18% GST where relevant) are shown at the point of payment.

Platform fees are transparent and displayed before every transaction. We will always tell you the cost before you confirm it.

To protect everyone, you agree not to: submit dishonest or non-genuine reviews; manipulate location or QR verification; create multiple accounts; harass other users or businesses; scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; or use ReviewMe for anything unlawful.

These rules aren't bureaucracy — every one of them protects the authenticity that lets reviewers keep earning and businesses keep trusting the data.

You own your reviews. By posting, you grant ReviewMe a licence to display and distribute them (for example, on a business's public review page) as part of operating the service. You're responsible for what you write being truthful and lawful.

We work hard to keep ReviewMe running, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We may update features, fees, or these Terms; if we make a material change, we'll give you reasonable notice and the choice to stop using the service.

ReviewMe is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (or earned and were unfairly denied) in the three months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts noted on our Contact page. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
