Cancellation & Refunds

Wallet top-ups and rewards on ReviewMe are non-refundable once spent, because the money leaves our hands the instant a review is verified — it goes straight to a real person who did real work. We want to be completely upfront about this before you ever pay.

When a business funds a campaign, that money becomes the reward pool that pays reviewers. The moment a reviewer completes a verified visit and submits an honest review, they have earned that payout — and we pay them immediately. We can't claw back money from someone who has already done the work in good faith; that would be unfair to them, and it's the very thing that makes reviewers trust the platform enough to participate.

That same trust is what makes your reviews valuable. A no-refund-on-spent-funds policy is what guarantees reviewers they'll always be paid — which is exactly why you get genuine, verified feedback instead of empty promises.

Unspent wallet balance: any funds you've topped up but not yet paid out as rewards remain yours to spend on future campaigns. They don't expire arbitrarily.

Pause anytime: you can pause or stop a campaign whenever you like. Once paused, no further rewards are paid, so your remaining balance simply waits for your next campaign.

Billing errors: if you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a technical fault, or a payment that failed to deliver value — contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and make it right.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep your plan's benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for — after which it simply won't renew. We don't refund the unused part of a current period, because you had full access to the plan during it.

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law that cannot be waived. If something genuinely went wrong, talk to us — we'd much rather fix a real problem than hide behind a policy.
